Recreational Past Life session is a session where the client is regressed to a past life just for the sake of knowing his past life. There is no therapy involved in these sessions. Recreational Past Life session is usually asked by clients who are curious to know about their past lives. In such cases, the hypnotherapist regresses the client specifically to a past life that is quite uneventful and that has lessons useful to learn for the current lifetime of the client.
