Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes general wellbeing and relaxation and reduces anxiety and stress. It is a hands-on healing technique that works by sending healing energies into the body to promote healing. The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words — Rei (higher power or spirit) and Ki (life force or vital energy). Together, Reiki means divinely guided vital energy.

Reiki is also used to cleanse spaces of negative energies, create positive vibrations, and for manifestation purposes. It is not a religion and can be practised by anyone who has an interest in alternate methods of healing. No prior experience or background is required to learn Reiki.

Learning Reiki has several benefits over just attending a healing session. As a Reiki healer yourself, you can start healing your own issues, heal your family and friends, cleanse spaces, open your intuitive abilities, and understand the deep connections of body and mind.

Workshop Schedule — May & June 2025

We are conducting our Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 workshops in both Telugu and English. Both levels are covered across two consecutive days. It is mandatory to attend both days since we follow the William Lee Rand lineage of teaching.

What will you learn?

Reiki Level 1 (Day 1) — You will be introduced to what Reiki is, its history and basic principles. The Reiki Master will then perform an attunement on you, after which you will be able to channel and use Reiki energies. You will learn the Chakra system and how it connects to healing, the hand positions for full body self-healing, and hands-on healing for others. You will also be taught a daily meditation practice to strengthen your connection with Reiki and develop your intuitive abilities.

Reiki Level 2 (Day 2) — You will learn the sacred Reiki symbols, how to send distance healing to people and situations not physically present, and how to use Reiki to heal emotional and mental patterns. You will receive your Level 2 attunement and be awarded a digital certificate on completion of both Level 1 and Level 2.
